The Unlucky Adventures of Lucky – Shiba & Doge coin Meme Madness

When Lucky Met the Dog Pack (Shiba & Doge Edition)

There are bad days. There are unlucky days. And then… there are crypto dog days.

Lucky thought he had seen it all, Bitcoin dips, ETH gas fees, even that one time he sent money to the wrong wallet (don’t ask, he’s still traumatized ). But nothing could prepare him for the wild ride that comes with two of the internet’s favorite pups: Dogecoin and Shiba Inu.

It all started on a random Tuesday. Lucky was scrolling through Twitter (sorry, X) when he saw his friend post: “Just bought more Shiba, to the moon!”
Lucky blinked. Wait… Shiba? The only Shiba he knew was a dog on Instagram wearing sunglasses.

Curious and FOMO-driven, Lucky jumped into research mode:

  • Dogecoin: born as a joke in 2013, featuring the famous Shiba dog meme. Fun, lighthearted, and backed by a surprisingly loyal community. (Also, Elon tweets → price jumps, because why not?)
  • Shiba Inu (SHIB) — the “Dogecoin killer.” A meme coin with big dreams: decentralized ecosystem, staking, NFTs, and even its own blockchain plans. Not bad for a dog that started as a meme.

Lucky was fascinated. But in classic Lucky fashion, he made the rookie mistake of thinking:

“If one dog coin is good, then both must be better.”

So, he split his little savings between Shiba and Doge.
Fast forward two weeks:

  • Dogecoin barked happily with a slight pump after a celebrity tweet.
  • Shiba wagged its tail, but then dipped faster than Lucky’s heart when NEPA takes light.

Lucky realized something important: meme coins are like puppies, fun, unpredictable, and they might chew up your slippers if you’re not careful. They can bring joy, but they’re not always house-trained investments.

Yet, even in his losses, Lucky couldn’t help but laugh. He wasn’t just investing in coins… he was investing in internet culture, in communities, in fun. And maybe, just maybe, one of these dogs will really make it to the moon someday.

Until then, Lucky is learning that in crypto, sometimes the best ROI is just the story you get to tell. Follow more of Lucky’s Unlucky Adventures.
